Volunteer with Impact 100

Impact 100 is a volunteer-driven organization that relies on its members to fill important roles. Our members use their talents while choosing their desired level of participation.  Simply attend our educational programs or become more deeply involved by serving on a committee. You decide the level of participation that’s right and meaningful for you.

Leadership Committee includes the Chair and Chair-Elect of Impact 100 as well as the Co-Chairs of each of the committees described below. Its members are responsible for providing oversight and guidance to committee members and making decisions in the best interest of and on behalf of the members of Impact 100 Richmond.  Responsibilities include active participation in monthly leadership meetings, committee meetings and Impact 100 events.

Committee Members are responsible for active participation on their committee as described below.

Committees

Communications
Prepare member newsletters, press releases, member recruitment materials, and other marketing materials and communications. Share Impact’s news and events on social media.

Events
Direct all facets (program design and speakers, registration, catering, set up, clean up, and other logistical matters) of our three main events: The Big Kick, The Big Learn, and The Big Give.

Grants
Review and evaluate grant applications, attend site visits, and ultimately decide which grantees will present as finalists to our membership at The Big Give.  This committee is broken into five Grants Review Committees.

Membership
Recruit new and retain existing members of Impact 100.  Help us provide an exceptional membership experience by organizing our New Member Orientation and other social/networking events.

Please email us at membership@impact100rva.org to learn more or if you have specific questions about becoming involved.
