Interested in joining Impact? Members work together to give high-impact local grants every year. We partner with The Grapevine Giving Foundation, a 501(c)(3), to administer
our dollars and help us stay connected.
Membership is renewed annually at $1100. We also have a $600 option. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible. Each member has a vote on where our funds are directed. Create and manage your membership profile on our easy-to-use platform and join us.

How does the Impact giving model work?
We award high-impact grants to nonprofits in the Greater Richmond region by:
- Engaging at least 150 women to award one transformational grant by making individual contributions of $1100 or $600 each year. The amount granted is based on total contributions received. A small portion of each contribution, approximately $100, supports daily operations and membership development.
- Awarding at least one annual $100,000 grant to a local nonprofit as determined by a vote of the membership. Every member, regardless of giving level, gets a vote at the Big Give.
- Educating members about community issues and the nonprofits that are addressing those issues most effectively.
- Forming member-led Grants Review Committees to review and select the grant finalists.

What is the timing to become a member and award a grant?
Our giving season has transitioned to a calendar year. All contributions must be received by October 1, 2024, in time for the Big Give event.
